Here's What to Expect
Step 1: Introduction Meeting
We begin with a meaningful discussion between your team and our Safety Professional to gain a full understanding of your operations and site-specific needs. Typically, we’ll meet with a Manager, Supervisor, or Superintendent — someone who understands your operations and current challenges. During this kick-off, we’ll discuss:

Past and current safety issues

Any ongoing concerns

Upcoming changes that may impact safety
Step 2: Site Walkthrough
Next, we’ll tour the workplace with your designated contact and observe conditions and operations firsthand. During the tour, we:

Identify good practices already in place

Pinpoint opportunities for improvement

Address safety issues immediately whenever possible

We’ll check fire extinguishers, safety reports, and program documentation as relevant.

In addition, we’ll provide on-site coaching with your team to ensure their inspection process will be successful in the future!
We’ll work closely with your point of contact to explain identified issues and demonstrate how to correct them. This ensures your team understands how to maintain compliance and improve safety standards moving forward.
Step 3: Summary
After the walkthrough, we will summarize our observations and ensure your team understands the findings and any immediate corrective actions required.
Step 4: Comprehensive Safety Report
After your inspection, your workplace and senior management will receive a detailed report that documents every aspect of the inspection. What’s in the Report?
