Back in the 1900’s… okay, we’re not that old. Back in 1999, our founder realized the only way to get health and safety advice came at a high cost through private consultants. It was in that moment Systems 24-7 was born. We believe in providing expert advice and guidance at an affordable rate so that every organization can have an effective health and safety program.

In this session, we will discuss types of leave and eligibility, the differences between statutory leaves and other absences (such as personal days not covered by law), job protection responsibilities during a leave, and much more. Vacation Time

Every employee has a right to vacation time and vacation pay. These 2 different requirements are often confused, leading to significant and costly payroll issues. We will discuss how to make sure your employees are getting both the appropriate vacation pay and what your obligations are for ensuring they are taking their vacation time. We will also review some general guidelines for planning and preparing for vacations in order to help minimize workplace disruptions.
