Can you believe it? 2022 is almost over. With it came challenges, laughs, successes, and new opportunities.
At the end of the year, Dunk & Associates reflects on the previous year and looks forward to how we can improve our programs and experience for the next year. Have you laid out your goals yet for 2023?
When the HSEp began in 2020, we created our monthly Excellence Program Newsletter. With it, we were able to communicate changes, updates, and guidance on the programs and other great resources. This year we listened to the feedback from our clients, and the consensus was we want to streamline the way that we communicate. We are currently sending three newsletters each month depending on your programs and services with Dunk & Associates, and we want to make it easier for you to get the important information you need.
Beginning in January of 2023, we will be merging our monthly newsletters into one newsletter with dedicated sections for each program. This way, you only have to read through one newsletter to get all your news and updates. If a specific eBlast is needed to communicate with you, those will still be sent independently.
Please take this opportunity to inform us of any updates in contact information or if there are any others within your organization that should be receiving our emails who are not; this is the most important way that we communicate with you.
In addition, to make it easier for you to find past articles and tips, we have posted all of these for you on your Excellence portal. Now you always have access to them! If you want to read more about a particular Excellence step (like how to succeed during a validation), log on to your Excellence portal and select the “More Posts” option under the Excellence Articles.
